Statistics show that 53% of US households do not have a computer or broadband in their home, whereas in Somalia only 2% of households have any form of digital access; the numbers present a “State of the Human Union” where more than 50% will be ineligible to obtain basic livelihoods.

The ominous question has been, how can sustainable, retroflexing, positive and long-termed results or outcomes be realistically accomplished. Instead of measuring success based on work done, where the communal impact is a small percentage of the expenditure. It is important to interpret success in view of ratio of expenditure, impact over a protracted period, community economic indexes, and Knowledge-to-Capability-to-Income conversion rates.

In furtherance of global digital inclusion and participation, which is consequential for global economic development, comprehensive healthcare proliferation and eradication of poverty, Communal Impact Nonprofit Corporation has created some requisite programs for facilitating global digital skills development, socioeconomic literacy and digital economy accessibility for the underprivileged and persons with disability.

2. Use of a global network of Satellites for free digital access.
3. Portable low-cost systems with receivers and local Wi-Fi hotspot.
4. WiMAX intranet for local communities.
5. Ready to deploy 40-foot container community and school data-centers.
